3 Quick Easy and Healthy recipes !


Recipe # 1- Grilled chicked !


Marinate chicken over night in
-2 spoons of yougurt
-Black Pepper
-Salt
-Bell pepper (any color)
- Oregano
and put it in the fridge in your tupperware .
And Grill it in the oven next day, at 180 C for 15 mins and then flip the side and grill it for more 15 mins,in a preheated oven.

Recipe # 2- Backed Egg, Peas & potatoes !


Take a baking tray,
-Put potatoes
-Pinch of Salt
-Black pepper
- or any spices you like you can customize all these recipes.
-Bake potatoes first for 15 mins at 180C.
- Then pour some peas, and bake for another 15 mins.
- Then make 2 spaces in the tray and pour your eggs in them and back for another 15mins.

And you have quick yummy fuss free meal.

Recipe # 3 Veggies Stir Fry With Mushrooms!


This recipe is the most customizable.You can use any veggie that you like and stir fry it in a pan and you'll have a delicious , filling meal in no time.

-Some baby carrots.
-Peas
-Egg plant
*cut egg plant in cubes*
-Mushrooms.

Now stir fry all these ingredients in a pan with a spoon of soya-sauce , grounded black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
